分析0Cr18Ni9不锈钢管旋后的力学性能,测试旋后以及经后固溶处理工件的残余应力,测量了经65%硝酸溶液浸蚀后各种状态的0Cr18Ni9不锈钢样品的腐蚀失重和晶间腐蚀深度,观察经腐蚀试验后样品的腐蚀形貌。研究结果表明,采用旋压结合后固溶处理的工艺可获得良好的强度和塑性配合,进而大幅提升0Cr18Ni9不锈钢综合力学性能;旋压会大幅增加0Cr18Ni9不锈钢残余应力,但经过后固溶处理可有效恢复;旋压可提升0Cr18Ni9不锈钢的抗晶间腐蚀性能,且结合后固溶处理可进一步提升。 |

The mechanical properties of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel tube after spinning are analyzed and the residual stress of the workpiece after spinning and post-solution treatment is tested. The corrosion weight loss and intergranular corrosion depth are measured for various states of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel sample after etching of 65% nitric acid solution and the corrosion morphology of the sample is observed after corrosion test. The results show that using the process of spinning binding post-solution treatment can get a good mix of strength and ductility for the material, thus can significantly improve the mechanical properties of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel. Spinning will substantially increase residual stress to 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel, but it can be effectively restored after solution treatment. Spinning can also improve the resistibility to intergranular corrosion of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel and get further enhance after solution treatment . |
