以运载火箭筒段壳体自动钻铆技术的运用为背景,结合筒段壳体产品的结构特点,研究自动钻铆仿真及工艺流程优化。设计并优化筒段壳体自动钻铆工艺流程,建立了自动钻铆仿真分析模型,对自动钻铆过程进行可视化仿真,验证工艺流程的可行性,优化钻铆执行路径,检验零件定位方式的合理性,排除程序错误,形成正确、可靠的数控执行文件,为自动钻铆技术在运载火箭筒段壳体铆接装配中的运用奠定基础。 |

The background of this paper is the application of automatic drilling and riveting technology in launching vehicle shell products. Considering with the structure feature of products, the paper explores the simulation and process optimization for automatic drilling and riveting. It designs and develops the process, and comes up with a simulation model. The model conducts the visible simulation for automatic drilling and riveting, verifies the feasibility of the technology procedure, which means to find the better route of production than before. It also exams the rationality of components position pattern and gets rid of process flaws, resulting in correct NC profile, which lays the groundwork for implementation of an automatic drilling and riveting technology in the assembly of launching vehicle shell products. |
