研究了7A04铝合金支撑接头采用精密模锻成形代替传统自由锻工艺,开发了“一模四腔”的模具结构,详细设计分析了温度场、成形速率、润滑与保压等工艺参数进行。通过产品研制,一次直接成形四件零件,大幅度提高生产效率,获得了优良的综合机械性能,满足了型号需求,实现了工程化应用。 |

This paper changed free forging into precision forging of 7A04 aluminum alloy support joint. The temperature distribution, forming rate, lubrication and pressure keeping were studied. With the developing experimentation, the support joint was forged only once for four. The process improved the produce efficiency and general performance, met the with missilery requirement, and also realized the engineering application. |
