结合空间光学遥感器实际生产业务情况,分析了整个加工生产车间管理的现状以及存在的问题,梳理了光学遥感器制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)的生产需求,提出了面向空间光学遥感器生产的MES体系结构,关键技术包括基于统一产品基础结构的制造类物料清单(Bill of Material,BOM)管理、面向多专业特点的制造过程协同管理和面向闭环的生产过程实时监控,并介绍了目前的应用实施效果。 |

Combined with the actual business of manufacturing process of space optical remote sensor, the current situation and problems of the whole workshop process and production management were analyzed. The production requirements of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in the space manufacturing enterprises were sorted out. A MES system structure oriented to space optical remote sensor production process was put forward and its key applications were studied, including the manufacturing BOM management of the unified product basic structure, the cooperation production process management for multi professional features, and the real time control of production process face to closed loop control. And, the application effects of MES were introduced. |
