以小型涡轮为切入点,针对其试加工材料损耗大、加工效率低、加工质量差等问题,根据正交试验原理设计试验,并用CAE仿真软件进行加工仿真及分析。通过实际加工验证得到最佳加工方案,把正交试验和CAE仿真技术应用到了产品试加工研究中,降低了产品加工的试验成本,提高了加工效率和加工质量,为加工优化研究提供了有效的方法。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming at the big material loss, low processing efficiency and poor quality of the small turbine, the test is designed according to the principles of orthogonal test and the machining simulation and analysis are carried out by CAE, and the optimal scheme is verified through the actual process in the end. The use of orthogonal experimental design and CAE simulation technology in the product processing research, reduces the cost of test processing, improves the processing efficiency and quality, and also provides an effective method for the process optimization. |
