摘要: |
介绍了控制力矩陀螺产品的输出力矩原理,利用力矩输出原理的正向分析法,分析了影响输出力矩的三方面因素:角动量变化范围、低速框架转速稳定度、高速和低速框架轴垂直度。然后再进行分解,最终分解出多项装配工艺要点。另外,介绍了装配过程中遇到问题和解决办法,后续类似产品的装配工艺具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。 |

The torque output principle of the mini control moment gyro (CMG) is introduced in the paper. The essential of assembly process is presented based on the positive analysis of the principle of the torque output. The three factors affecting the torque output are the moment variation range, the gimbal speed stability, the verticality of high-speed axil and the gimbal axil. The problems and solving methods are introduced in the assembly. The paper has a certain guidance and reference significance for subsequent similar products. |
