研究了双举升多级液压缸在进行大负载举升时的同步误差测试技术,重点分析了两种同步误差测试方法,即施加轻载测试法和位移差测试法。针对目前采用的施加轻载测试法,从测试原理和试验装置两方面进行了分析,找出了该方法中存在的对测试精度和测试效率产生的不利因素。同时阐述了改进后的位移差测试法,通过改进同步试验台架,设计专用机电液一体化测试系统,实现了双举升液压缸在带载状态下的同步误差的精确测量,提高了测试效率。 |

This paper studied the synchronization error testing technology of multistage double lifting hydraulic cylinder in large load lifting, focusing on analysis of the two synchronization error testing methods, namely the imposition of light load test method and displacement difference test. In light of the application of light load test method, the two aspects of the test principle and test equipment were analyzed, and the negative factors of the test accuracy and test efficiency were found out. Also the displacement difference test method was described. By improving the synchronous test bench, designing special electromechanical integration test system, it achieved the accurate measurement of the synchronization error of the double lifting hydraulic cylinder in large load, and improved the efficiency of the test. |
