高强度铝合金坯料往往存在很大的残余应力,残余应力不但对材料的强度、疲劳寿命、抗应力腐蚀性能有很大影响,而且还会降低构件尺寸稳定性,必须有效地抑制和消除。阐述了高强度铝合金坯料残余应力产生的原因,重点介绍了几种可行的抑制消除高强度铝合金坯料残余应力技术及其发展趋势。 |

High strength aluminum alloy always has a lot of residual stresses. Residual stress has not only a great impact on the strength, fatigue life, stress corrosion resistance of the material, but also reduces the dimensional stability of the component, therefore it must be effectively reduced and relieved. First, the origin of residual stress is analyzed in this paper. Second, several feasible technologies are expounded to reduce and relieve residual stress. Finally, the development trends of these technologies are presented. |
