针对超长或特薄壁筒形件旋压成形过程中出现的问题,提出了超长筒形件同步旋转张力旋压技术。采用了短的浮动芯模,引入了工件轴向牵引力和工件两端同步旋转等技术,能够有效地解决超长或特薄壁的筒形件弯曲变形、扭转变形、刚度不足及超长芯模制造等技术难题,对提高此类零件的加工精度和质量具有重要意义。 |

Abstract: |
The synchronous rotary spinning forming technology of super-long tubes provided the corresponding solution for several questions of spinning of super-long or ultrathin-wall tubes. In this article, the new spinning technology used a short floating mandrel and introduced axial traction and synchronous rotation on both ends of the work-piece. It effectively solved the problems of bending deformation, torsion deformation, insufficient stiffness, super-long mandrel manufacturing and other technical problems. It also had a significant meaning for improving the machining accuracy and quality of super-long and ultrathin-wall tubes. |
