为了解决长征系列运载火箭纯铝半球构件成形过程中的难题,分析了半球构件的成形方式,并对拉深过程中零件受力情况和缺陷形成的机理进行了研究,通过采用有限元仿真技术,对拉深过程中遇到的起皱、开裂等问题,分别从材料、原始板料尺寸、压边力等方面进行分析和优化,最后确定了零件的最佳板料尺寸和压边力参数,并在航天型号产品中得到应用。 |

Abstract: |
In order to solve the problems in forming hemisphere component of Long March series carrier rocket, forming?method of hemisphere component was analyzed in this paper. Besides, stress?condition and defects?formation mechanism were also researched. By use of numerical simulation technology, parameters such as material machinery performance, blank size and holder force were optimized in this paper to solve the defects such as wrinkling and cracking in forming process. Finally, the best parameters of blank size and holder force were provided, and the hemisphere components were successfully used in aerospace products. |
