分析了某固体火箭发动机用有机硅改性环氧树脂基防热涂料与金属基体的粘接机理,并经过不同的温度变化试验后(温度范围-45~65℃),涂层的粘接质量无明显异常。说明有机硅改性环氧树脂基防热涂层通过机械嵌合力、范德华力和化学键力的作用与金属基体获得了良好的粘接力效果,并能承受温度环境变化的影响,该防热涂料应用于固体火箭发动机外防热,具有一定的适应性。 |

Abstract: |
The bonding theory of a heat-insulation coating prepared by using silicone-modified-epoxy resin applied to solid rocket engine was analyzed in this paper. The shear strength and the pull-off test of adhesion of the coating were tested after stored in different change temperature (the range of the storage temperature is from -45℃~65℃, and the test data had no distinct difference. It indicated that this coating could adhibit to metal tightly by mechanical bond force, van der Waals force and chemical bond force, and could withstand temperature changes. This heat-insulation coating had a good applicability in solid rocket engine. |
