针对某型号电磁阀在寿命试验中出现的阀芯卡滞故障,建立了故障树,应用故障件失效分析方法进行了故障定位及机理分析,确认故障为阀芯导向面存在挫修伤所致。依据分析结果对电磁阀阀芯加工工艺进行了改进,有效提高了导向面粗糙度,解决了导向磨损卡滞问题。对阀芯卡滞的原因分析和改进具有一定的指导作用。 |

Abstract: |
During the life experiment, one solenoid valve’s piston was binded. Invalidation and FEA analysis were done to locate the fault mechanism, finally the fault was confirmed to be caused by contuse of valve piston’s guide surface . According to the analysis, the technologic of solenoid valve was improved by polish guide surface, Experiment showed the improvement was rather effective. The work could serve as a guidance to fault analysis and improvement of valve piston’s binding. |
