考察了TDE-85/E-51/B-63/70酸酐环氧树脂体系的力学性能,并通过DSC和TG对体系的热性能进行表征,测试结果表明:TDE-85/E-51/B-63/70酸酐体系按比例配比合成产物的拉伸强度达到63.77MPa,剪切强度为23.22MPa,体系在185℃开始固化,在500℃时残碳率达到14%,此体系承力性能及热性能优良。 |

Abstract: |
The mechanical property of TDE-85/E-51/B-63/THPA was investigated in this paper. The thermal behavior was characterized by TG and DSC. The results show that tensile property of this system can reach 63.77MPa and shear strength reach 23.22MPa; the system start curing at 185℃ and carbon residue rate is 14% at 500℃. The performance of bearing strength and thermal of the system were well. |
