Abstract: |
Several typical fabrication techniques of C/C-SiC composites were summarized in the paper. The advantage and disadvantage of various methods were analyzed. The application of C/C-SiC composites as thermal structure and thermal protection system (TPS) material, friction material and optical and opto-mechanical ultra-lightweight materials were investigated. Finally, the future of research direction of C/C-SiC composites was prospected. |
