为实现发动机用喷嘴内芯肋条与外套的全连接,保证铜喷嘴的冷却性能,采用真空扩散焊工艺技术及膨胀加压的理念,实现了铜喷嘴的柱面径向加压及真空扩散焊接。金相及CT无损检测结果表明:铜喷嘴扩散焊接头焊接质量良好,焊合率可达到95%以上。 |

To join the ribs and the outer case and insure the cooling ability of lunch vehicle engine nozzle, the vacuum diffusion bonding and thermal expansion pressure idea are adopted to achieve the radial pressure and vacuum diffusion joints of copper nozzle. The metallographic inspection and CT testing results show that the quality of welded joints is good and the bonding rate is up to 95%. |
