介绍了太空发射系统(SLS)三种构型的组成结构,以及各部分采用的成熟技术和改进特点,重点分析了芯级贮箱和助推器壳体的制造技术,包括贮箱壁板的网格加工与检测、壁板的滚弯、贮箱的连接与装配,以及助推器五段式壳体的制造过程等,最后对中美重型运载器的研制特点进行了对比。 |

This paper introduces the configuration of three models of the Space Launch System (SLS) and its improved features. The manufacturing technology of the tank in the core stage and boosters are analyzed, including processing and testing of the isogrid panels, bending of the panels, welding and assembly of the tank, as well as the fabrication process of Five-Segment Booster (FSB). Finally, the development characteristics of the heavy-lift launch vehicle are compared between China and America. |
