利用氢喷嘴可以控制火箭发动机燃料和氧化剂的比例,其制造精度要求达到微米级,产品重要尺寸常无法满足设计精度,导致零件报废。利用六西格玛工具找出造成产品缺陷的关键因子,并从切削参数、装夹方式、刀具因素、人员技能及机床因素5个方面加以优化,产品合格率由改善前的38%提升至90%,取得了圆满的效果。 |

Hydrogen nozzle can be used to take accurate control of the proportion of fuel and oxidant for rocket engine, and the manufacturing accuracy has even reached micron grade. While in the process of practical production, some important sizes cannot meet the design accuracy, which leads to part scrap. The six sigma tools are used to find out the key factor of the product defects, such as the cutting parameters, the clamping method, cutter, staff skills and machine tool. In the end, the qualified rate increases from 38% before to 90%, which comes out a satisfactory result. |
