Abstract: |
This thesis summarizes the construction of risk management system in the process of aerospace project management. This thesis covers the four basic elements of project management: risk identification, risk analysis, risk response and risk control. Through application research on system, efficient information method is provided for multi-project risk management ability significantly. It provides quantitative method for the controlling, monitoring, warning and responsing of risks. Therefore, the transformation of aerospace project risk management mode is promoted significantly. |
