研究了2219铝合金TIG焊接头各区域的断裂性能。结果表明:由于接头组织分布不均匀,2219铝合金TIG焊接头母材区、焊缝区和热影响区的断裂强度依次递减;断裂韧性则以焊缝为最高,热影响区次之,母材最低;断裂韧性的分散性以母材为最小,焊缝次之,热影响区最大。 |

In this paper, the fracture property for TIG welded joints of 2219 aluminum alloy is studied. The results indicated that the inhomogeneity of the microstructure of the joints lead the fracture strength of the welded joints descending orderly from the base metal(BM), the weld zone(WZ), to the heat-affected zone(HAZ). The fracture toughness of the welded joints descends orderly from the WZ, the HAZ, to the BM. And the dispersion of fracture toughness descends orderly from the HAZ, the WZ, to the BM. |
