The aluminum alloy ring rolling forming technology is researched and analyzed, and the manufacturing process of a profiled shell structure is developed. The distribution of temperature and equivalent strain is analyzed by adopting the method of numerical simulation for the forming process. At last, the aluminum alloy profiled shell parts with stable mechanical properties and excellent consistency are produced by means of physical experiment. |
