为提高运载火箭结构总体设计质量,提前发现设计缺陷,减少设计周期及成本,利用Creo 2.0软件建立安全自毁装置虚拟样机系统,利用Abaqus 6.11 Standard软件对安装结构的强度及刚度进行有限元分析,利用CATIA软件对安装及解锁确认流程进行了人机工程仿真。仿真分析表明,在飞行载荷作用下,安全自毁装置安装结构刚度与强度满足要求;安全自毁装置总装总体布局及安装结构设计合理,满足发射场安装及解锁确认操作要求,为后续虚拟样机技术在运载火箭上产品安装设计与仿真的应用提供技术基础。 |

In order to improve the overall design quality of the carrier rocket structure, find design defects in advance, reduce design cycle and cost, the Creo 2.0 software is used to establish the safe self-destruction device virtual prototyping system. The Abaqus 6.11 Standard software is used to analyze the strength and stiffness of the installation structure and the CATIA software is ergonomically simulated for the installation and unlocking process. The simulation analysis shows that the stiffness and strength of the safety self-destruction device installation structure meet the requirements and the safety self-destruction device assembly overall layout and installation structure design is reasonable which provides the technical foundation for the application of virtual prototyping technology in the design and simulation of the installation of the rocket. |
