Abstract: |
The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to simulate the process of single grain abrasive belt grinding for TC11 titanium alloy. The law of removal of material and grinding force under different abrasive, grinding depth and grinding speed is analyzed, and the effect of the grinding amount on the removal efficiency and quality of the material is obtained. The basis of selection of belt grinding parameters for TC11 is provided. |
