TC4钛合金舵面扩散焊有限元模拟及工艺研究 |

摘要: |
运用有限元软件ANSYS对TC4钛合金舵面真空扩散焊过程进行模拟,建立了三维热-结构耦合模型,计算焊接过程中应力应变分布。通过比较得出:在温度930℃,保温100min,压力3.5MPa条件下焊接效果最好。并采用此工艺参数开展了钛合金舵面整体成形研究,通过微观金相组织及扫描能谱分析。结果表明:焊接界面成形良好,界面物相组织均匀分布,而且在焊接过程中保持了母材本身性质,满足技术要求,大幅度减少实验试错次数、缩短型号研制周期。 |

In this paper, welding process on the vacuum diffusion bonding of TC4 alloy material was simulated by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. The thermal stress and deformation analyses were researched by a three-dimensional hot-structure coupled field model. Explored the best welding parameters of the solid phase direct vacuum diffusion welding with 930℃, 100min, 3.5MPa. Results showed a good deformation of weld and two particles embedded homogeneously under the best parameters. The base metal held on the original property with a good quality of joints and the technology could cut down the time of design. |
