针对某座舱加温系统的设计要求,建立了一套理论计算与试验仿真相结合的设计方法。此方法通过前期的原理设计与理论计算建立初步的加温系统模型,根据模型中相关物理变量搭建起相匹配的试验流程。通过试验验证及数据分析,优化形成了完善的加温系统方案。该方案采用引射加旁通的方式优化冷热气流分配形式,并通过地面试验与迭代设计验证了其合理性。 |

Abstract: |
In view of the design requirements of a certain type of cockpit heating system, a set of design method combining theoretical calculation with experimental simulation is established. This method establishes a preliminary heating system model through the previous principle design and theoretical calculation. According to the related physical variables in the model, the matching test process is set up. Through experimental verification and data analysis, a perfect heating system scheme has been formed. This scheme optimizes the distribution of cold and hot air flow by the method of ejection plus bypass. The rationality is verified by the ground test and the iterative design. |
