Abstract: |
The positioning method for determining the relative position of each part by manual line out has accumulated errors in actual production. The welding deformation of the components can be effectively controlled by designing the positioning tooling and improving the welding method. This process can meet the requirement of the assembling accuracy and efficiency in support device, the rotary ear and fuel cylinder seat. The qualified-rate of reinspection has reached 100% in the end. |
