以某大型载人航天器的电缆铺设工作为背景,针对电缆数量庞大、分支繁多、布局复杂的情况,在现行的三维模型指导总装的模式下,运用三维虚拟仿真技术和信息提取与模型二次开发的手段,提出了一种电缆网铺设工艺优化的思路和方法,用以降低复杂电缆网铺设工作的难度,提高铺设效率,可以为大型复杂航天器电缆铺设工作提供借鉴。 |

Aiming at the case of huge amount, numerous branches and complex layout of cables in cable laying work of a sort of large manned spacecraft, this paper presents a method for optimizing cable laying process under the current mode of 3D model guide assembly. In this method, the technology of 3D virtual simulation, information extraction and 3D model secondary development are used, in order to reduce the difficulty of complex cables laying and improve the efficiency of cable laying work, which can provide reference for the work of large and complex spacecraft cable laying. |
