针对传统吊具在发泡筒吊装转运过程中存在的安全隐患等问题,研制了一种发泡筒转运的专用吊具,并使用三维建模软件优化吊具模型,对吊具中的受力件进行有限元分析。通过有限元分析结果和强度校核理论,对吊具进行了结构优化设计,为今后专用吊具的研制提供了有价值的参考。 |

The crane model was optimized by three modeling software, and the finite element analysis of the force of the sling was carried out., The design of the sling was optimized on the basis of the finite element analysis results and strength theory, which provides valuable reference for the development of special cranes in the future. |
