以某运载器助推前连杆防热罩为研究对象,建立了热力耦合分析数学模型。利用ANSYS有限元软件对不同温度下助推器前连杆防热罩进行了强度、刚度分析计算,得到防热罩各部件的应力和屈曲形态等结果,当环境温度从20℃上升到200℃后,防热罩承受外压屈曲载荷从676kPa降低至313kPa,外压破坏载荷从780kPa降低至165kPa,并分析该结构在工作环境下的极限承载能力。 |

A mathematical model of thermomechanical coupling analsysis is established based on a propelled thermal shield of a front connecting rod. The strength and stiffness of the front connecting rod heat shield of the booster were analyzed and calculated by using ANSYS finite element software. Finally, the stress and bucking morphology of the components of the heat shield are obtained. When the environmental temperature increased from 20℃ to 200℃, the external pressure load of the heat shield decreased from 676kPa to 313kPa, failure load decreased from 780kPa to 165kPa, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure under the working environment was predicted. |
