通过设计正交试验,研究了电弧熔丝增材制造ZL114A铝合金的成形电流、电压、Z轴增量、层间停留时间等工艺参数对成形铝合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,工艺参数对力学性能的影响程度关系是:送丝速度>电流>电压>层间停留时间;层宽极差分析表明:电流和电压因素对层宽的影响非常显著,层间停留时间因素对层宽的影响显著,送丝速度因素对层宽的影响不明显;电弧熔丝增材制造ZL114综合力学性能最好时的成形工艺参数是:电流170A、电压13V、送丝速度90mm/min、层间停留时间10s。 |

The effects of technical parameters of electrical current, electrical voltage, increment on Z axis, standing time between layers, etc, on mechanical properties of wire arc additive manufactured ZL114A aluminum alloy were researched by orthogonal test method. The results showed that the incidence of technical parameters on mechanical properties were wire feeding speed > electrical current > electrical voltage > standing time between layers. The range analysis on layer width results manifested that electrical current and electrical voltage had very significant effect, standing time between layers had significant effect, wire feeding speed had no significant effect. The optimal technical parameters on mechanical properties of wire arc additive manufactured ZL114A aluminum alloy were that, electrical current was 170A, electrical voltage was 13V, wire feeding speed was 90mm/min, standing time between layers was 10s. |
