以某型号产品为例,通过产品的结构和工艺性分析,制定了合理的调质态成型工艺路线,摸索出了合理的调质态工艺参数,将调质态旋压、调质态焊接以及调质态铆接技术应用于该发动机壳体制造加工。产品加工后尺寸、性能满足了设计要求,为发动机壳体的制造提供了一种新型加工方法。 |

Taking a certain type of product as an example, through the analysis of its structure and process property, a reasonable process route was established, The reasonable process parameters were found out, and the spinning, welding and riveting techniques of the quenched and tempered state were applied to the manufacturing and processing of the solid rocket motor. The size and performance of the product meet the design requirements and provide a new processing method for the manufacturing of the solid rocket motor. |
