针对一种临界空间飞行器用环控舱提出了两种结构设计方案,分别为传统的桁架结构和新型的3D打印结构,并对两种方案进行了有限元仿真和实验验证。利用仿真分析和试验数据获得了两种方案的相关特性对照,包括结构强度、固有频率和模态振型等,为飞行器控制舱结构的设计及优化提供了借鉴。 |

Two structural design schemes are proposed for a near space aircraft environmental control cabin, which are truss structure and 3D printing structure, and the finite element simulation and experimental verification of the two schemes are carried out. Using the simulation analysis and experimental data, the correlation characteristics of the two schemes, including structural strength, natural frequency and mode shape, are obtained, which provides a reference for the design and optimization of the aircraft control cabin structure. |
