| 研究了新一代中大型运载火箭某壳体部段框、桁、蒙皮组合装配，通过装配样板在零件状态下制出协调定位装配孔，最终实现对中间框、桁条和蒙皮的协调装配。结果表明：该类装配样板实现了壁板状态下中间框、桁条和蒙皮的定位及协调装配，保证了装配过程的协调性和便捷性，节省了工装型架资源。后续此类装配样板将继续应用于相似部段的中间框、桁条和蒙皮的装配，并可将其推广应用于锥形部段的中间框、桁条和蒙皮的装配。 |

| This paper studies the combined assembly of a shell part frame, stringer and skin of a new generation of medium and large carrier rocket, and drills the coordinated positioning of the assembly hole in the part state for coordinating assembly of the middle frame, stringer and skin through the assembly template. The results show that this kind of assembly template realizes the positioning and coordinated assembly of the middle frame, stringer and skin under the condition of the wall plate, and ensures the coordination and convenience of the assembly process, and saves the tooling frame resources. Subsequently such assembly templates will continue to be applied to the assembly of the middle frame, stringer and skin of similar segments, and can be popularized to the assembly of the middle frame, truss and skin of the conical segment. |
