提出了基于主控骨架体系的卫星三维协同设计方法,以整星主控骨架为统一源头,将关键几何尺寸与基准纵向派生形成各专业骨架模型,利用各专业接口骨架模型实现接口信息横向传递,由此开展协同设计。该方法在某卫星工程研制中得到了全面应用,显著提高了整星三维协同设计效率和质量控制水平,具有较大的推广应用价值。 |

This paper elaborates on a three-dimensional collaborative whole-satellite design method based on a master control skeleton system. With the master control skeleton system as the uniform source, its key geometrical sizes and benchmarks can derive synchronously the skeleton models for all involved multiple specialties. With the master control skeleton system at the core of all the multi-specialty skeleton systems, the interfaces of each specialty’s skeleton system can be used to transfer interface information, which enables a three-dimensional collaborative design both horizontally and vertically. Such a method has been adopted comprehensively in a satellite design, which significantly improved the efficiency of the three-dimensional collaborative whole-satellite design and quality control. Therefore, it is worth wider applying. |
