为了实现某型卫星的高精度姿态控制,需要对其大型回转天线探测头部结构进行严格的动平衡设计仿真与试验。结合星载天线研制需求,首先针对该型回转天线设计了动平衡配平方案,通过试验仿真及结果比较,甄选出动平衡试验最佳配平方案并给出指导性建议;探索了在地面动平衡试验时补偿重力影响的几种措施,验证了加支撑杆消除重力影响的可行性。最终与动平衡试验相结合,以很小的配重成本实现了卫星天线的配平要求,保证了卫星的按期发射。 |

In order to realize high precision attitude control of the satellite, the dynamic balancing design simulation and test for large rotating payload of microwave radiometer should be conducted. At first, combining with the research and development of the satellite antenna, the dynamic balancing schemes of satellite antenna were designed, and balancing simulation was performed to provide the best balancing scheme and suggestions for ground balancing test. Then, several measures to compensate the influence of gravity during the ground dynamic balancing test were simulated, and the feasibility of adding support rods to eliminate the influence of gravity was verified. Finally, combined with the ground balancing test, antenna’s balance target was achieved with very small added weights, and this study ensured the satellite’s successful launch on schedule. |
