针对目前航天企业机加检验存在的数字化程度低、检验过程不透明、质量管理粗放的问题,提出基于数字化制造条件下的新型检验模式。新型数字化检验模式打通了从检验设计、检验执行到后期检验数据维护的数据链,实现了检验模块的精细化管理。并进一步以某壳体为例,验证了新型检验模式的可行性,为企业在新形势下的检验模式创新提供了思路。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming at solving problems of low digitization, opaque measuring process and disorganization of quality management in aerospace enterprises, this paper proposed a new measuring mode based on digital manufacturing. The new mode collected data from measuring design, measuring execution to data maintenance, then realized the fine management of measurement. Taking a shell part as an example, the feasibility of the new mode is verified, which provides new insights for enterprises’ measuring mode innovation under new situations. |
