针对当前无人机质量特性测试方法智能化程度不高、集成测试程度低的问题,设计了一种高精度质量特性测试方法。该方法对测试系统进行分段标定,系统自动匹配标定系数,修正测量结果,从而消除非线性误差;系统配备姿态调整装置,匹配无人机多种接口形式,可实现无人机-10°~10°的俯仰和滚转双向姿态调整,并结合集成软件算法,实现质量、质心及转动惯量的集成测试。试验测试结果标明,设备的质量测试精度可达0.03%,质心测试精度不大于0.163kg?m,转动惯量测试精度高于0.25%。 |

To solve the problem of low test intelligence and low integration measurement of traditional UAV mass properties measuring method, a high precision measuring method is designed in this paper. The method is sectional calibration in the measuring system, and it automatically selects calibration coefficients according to the different levels, correcting the measuring coefficients, in order to eliminate the nonlinear error of the system. The equipment has the attitude adjustment device, matches multiple interfaces of several UAV types, realizes UAV bidirectional attitude adjustment of pitching and rolling between -10° and 10°, at the same time by integrated algorithm, it can realize integrated solution of mass, center of gravity, and moment of inertia. By the actual tests, its mass measurement accuracy is better than 0.03%, its gravity measurement accuracy is better than 0.163kg?m, its moment of inertia measurement accuracy is better than 0.25%. |
