The parts of high temperature alloy flanges are long plate, thin wall and high-precision. Products are easily deformed during maching. In this paper, optimizing the process flow, designing special tooling, selecting suitable cutting tools, improving the process method and other ways are used to make the product meet the design index. This paper provides a machining method for high-precision parts of similar high temperature materials. |
