针对铝钢两种材料物化性能差异大且易产生脆性金属间化合物的特点,采用真空扩散焊接技术进行LD10 铝合金与0Cr20Ni24Si4Ti不锈钢(C6钢)的焊接,研究接头微观组织、界面成分及结构整体拉伸性能。试验结果表明,通过优化焊接工艺参数,无镀层和镀镍层的铝合金与不锈钢的连接界面均实现了Fe、Al、Cu等元素的扩散,形成了连续且均匀分布过渡层;整体力学性能测试,剪切发生在铝合金一侧,不锈钢上粘连了较多铝合金,断口发生了层状撕裂。 |

Because of the different physical and metallurgical properties between the aluminum and steel, it is difficult to join them using the conventional welding method and the brittle intermetallic compounds is easy to produce. In this work, vacuum diffusion welding has been used to create joints between LD10 aluminum alloy and C6 stainless steel. The microstructure, interface composition and overall tensile property of joint were measured and analyzed. The results showed that, the interface between aluminum alloy and stainless steel without coating and nickel coating could achieve the diffusion of Fe, Al, Cu and other elements by optimizing the welding process parameters, forming a continuous and uniformly distributed transition layer. In the mechanical performance testing, shear occurred on the side of aluminum alloy, more aluminum alloy was adhered on stainless steel, the lamellar tear occured at the fracture. |
