根据电爆装置装配生产线基本资源配置和工艺布局,结合生产线工艺过程需求,基于WITNESS平台依次进行了生产线概念模型和详细模型创建和仿真分析,找出了电爆装置装配生产线产能制约因素。在此基础上,结合工房暂存条件,通过试验设计法(DOE)仿真分析,找出了现行生产线产能最优方案,并针对生产线存在的产能制约因素提出了优化方向。 |

Abstract: |
According to the basic resource allocation and process layout of the electric-explosive device assembly line, combined with the process requirements of the production line, the conceptual model and detailed model simulation analysis were carried out on WITNESS. The production capacity constraints of the assembly line of electric-explosive device were found out. Combined with the temporary conditions of the workshop, the optimum scheme of production line capacity is put forward through the simulation analysis of the Design of Experiments (DOE), and the optimum measures are proposed considering the production line capacity constraints. |
