针对某航天器产品总装、电测、内外场试验期间需要多姿态频繁拆装舱内设备的特点,设计了一种多姿态使用、多工位集成的智能装备。提出了采用特殊形状翻转架与自动化翻转架车集成的方式解决多工位融合的问题,减小了航天器产品对场地工位及移动的需求,提高了产品研制效率。翻转架车控制系统集成了角度编码器、电机编码器、电磁接触器等设备,能够实现转向可视、转速可调、转角数显等功能,且具备自锁及任意位置止停功能。给出了装备带载、空载翻转极限位置工况下受力情况及惯性矩情况分析,结果表明,该装备具有足够的强度和刚度来满足航天器对集成精度的需求。该装备已投入使用并取得了良好效果。 |

Aiming at the characteristics of frequent disassembly and assembly of in-cabin equipment during the assembly, electrical measurement and field test of a spacecraft product, intelligent equipment with Multi-attitude and multi-station integration was designed, and the problem of multi-station integration was solved by the integration of special shape overturning frame and automatic overturning frame vehicle. It reduces the requirement of space station and mobile for spacecraft products, and it improves the efficiency of product development. The turning frame control system integrates angle encoder motor encoder, electromagnetic contactor and other equipment, which can realize the functions of steering visualization, speed adjustable, angel digital display, and has self-locking and stopping function at any position. The force and inertial moment of the turning frame under the condition of no-load and on-load turning limit position are analyzed. The results show that the equipment has enough strength and stiffness to meet the requirement of integration accuracy for spacecraft. The equipment has been put into use and achieved good results. |
