结合实际产品,通过正交试验法重点探究了测量距离、入射角度和靶点密度等工艺参数对便携式三维激光扫描测量精度的影响规律,采用直观分析法和方差分析法得到了便携式三维激光扫描仪的最佳工艺参数组合,最终通过试验验证了最佳工艺参数选取的合理性,为便携式三维激光扫描仪在航天航空等重点工程领域的深度应用提供了理论依据。 |

Focuses on the influences of measuring distance, incident angle and target density on the measuring precision through orthogonal test method, and obtains the best process parameter combination of portable 3D laser scanner by means of intuitive analysis method and variance analysis method. Finally, the rationality of the selection of the best process parameters is verified through experiments, which provides a theoretical basis for the in-depth application of portable 3D laser scanners in aerospace and other key engineering fields. |
