In view of the processing difficulties of large special-shaped cast aluminum alloy cabin, this paper reasonably arranged the process flow. The stress treatment method of vibration aging combined with thermal aging is adopted, and the residual stress in the cabin is eliminated and homogenized. A low stress tooling technology is proposed, the cutting parameters are optimized, and the deformation of the special-shaped cabin is effectively controlled. |
