针对车架总成加载试验加载力大、加载跨度长,常常需要设计大型平台和结构件满足其使用要求的现象,在继承原先车架加载原理的基础上,提出了车架总成模块化加载方案。采用标准梁拼搭成需要的组合体,整体与地轨连接实现加载。并采用分析软件ANSYS Workbench对车架进行了模拟加载,优化设计了加载工装。分析结果表明,车架总成模块化加载技术可靠性高,加载效率高,为今后加载试验方案提供了有价值的参考。 |

Loading test of vehicle frame has large loading force and long loading span. So it is often necessary to design large platforms and structural members to meet the requirements of its use. The production cycle is long and the efficiency is low. In view of this phenomenon, on the basis of inheriting the original frame loading principle, a modular loading scheme is proposed for the vehicle frame. The standard beams are assembled to form the required combination, and the whole body is connected with the ground rail to realize the loading. Finite element analysis software is used to simulate the loading of the frame and optimize the tooling design. The analysis results show that modular loading technology of vehicle frame has high reliability and high loading efficiency, which provides valuable reference for future loading test scheme. |
