针对通用加工技术的不足,通过工艺性分析,采取加工中心定心找正、非标硬质合金内冷钻加工底孔、非标硬质合金内冷铰刀加工成孔、超声滚压光整加工孔壁等工艺技术,实现了薄壁半盲及全盲小型深孔机械构件内孔的有效加工,对机械加工领域中结构元件的小孔径、大长径比、薄壁、半盲及全盲内孔的无变形、稳态加工起到了指导作用。 |

Aiming at disadvantages of common machining technology and going through process analysis, it can be fulfilled to achieve effective machining for the mechanical part inner hole as thin-wall tube with blind and semi-blind small deep hole by taking ways of MC alignment and centering, bottom hole machining with cold driller inside the nonstandard hard alloy, hole machining with cold reamer inside the nonstandard hard alloy, hole wall smoothly machining with ultrasonic rolling and so on. In the field of mechanical machining, it plays a guiding role to stable machining without deformation for structural components with small diameter, big length-diameter ratio, thin wall, blind and semi-blind inner hole. |
