根据试验需求和设计要求,开展了高架试验装置的结构设计。同时,为了保证安全性和可靠性的要求,分析机构的静力平衡和有限元分析两个薄弱零件,获得了两个薄弱零件的最大应力和最大变形量及最大值出现的位置,结果表明,两个薄弱零件的刚度和强度满足要求。另外,该装置的设计和分析可为后续其它类型航天产品高架试验装置的设计提供思路。 |

According to the test requirements and design requirements, the structural design of the elevated test device is carried out in this paper. At the same time, in order to ensure the requirements of safety and reliability, the static balance analysis of the mechanism and the finite element analysis of the two weak parts were performed. The maximum stress and maximum deformation and the position where the maximum value occurred of the two weak parts were obtained. The results show that the stiffness and strength of the two weak parts meet the requirements. In addition, the design and analysis of the device can provide ideas for the subsequent design of elevated test devices for other types of aerospace product. |
