以某卫星相机支撑结构研制任务为背景,阐述了一种超大尺寸、高精度复合材料桁架结构制造技术,重点对工艺方案、模具设计、制造过程及质量控制等方面进行了论述。结果表明:对于超大尺寸的结构,依靠装配工装一般无法满足设备接口精度要求,需组合机加保证;杆件和接头装配时,需控制胶接间隙在0.1~0.3mm,且保证杆件和接头同轴,才能保证最优的力学强度;通过超声无损检测及随炉试件力学检测,可有效验证桁架结构的胶接质量,制造的桁架结构产品内部质量和产品尺寸精度满足设计指标要求。 |

This article elaborates on the manufacturing technology of a super-large scale and high precision composite truss with particular emphasis on machining scheme, mould design, manufacturing process, and quality control, discussing on the background of the research of support structure of satellite. The results show that assembly tooling is generally unable to meet the accuracy requirements of equipment interface, which needs to be guaranteed by combined machine for large scale truss; the truss can achieve the optimal mechanical strength with the bars and joints coaxial and bonding clearance between 0.1mm and 0.3mm. Through ultrasonic non-destructive testing and mechanical test of furnace test piece, the bonding quality of truss structure can be effectively verified, and the internal quality and dimensional accuracy of the truss structure products meet the design requirements. |
