针对构件相贯孔结构内多余物难以控制问题,通过分析相贯孔的结构性、工艺性对多余物控制的影响,采取工艺装置封堵和保护相贯孔、相贯孔多余物分步控制等工艺措施,实现了相贯孔结构多余物的有效防控,对相贯孔结构多余物控制起到了指导及借鉴作用。 |

Aiming at solving the FOD controlling problem to part structure with intersecting hole, it can be achieved to reach effective controlling by ways of analyzing the structure, sealing and protecting the intersecting hole with fixture, step-by-step controlling of FOD and so on. It plays a guiding role to control the FOD in part structure with intersecting hole. |
