磁粉探伤中磁场矢量与缺陷之间的关系尤其重要。从磁场矢量出发,分析了磁粉探伤中常用的磁场类型,提出了磁粉探伤中磁场纬度的概念,并根据磁场纬度把磁场划分为一维磁场、二维磁场和三维磁场。结合这三种磁场的形成原理,讨论了磁粉探伤中磁场的各种形式,并详细介绍了其产生的方法及应用特点。各种磁场类型都有其检测优势,充分利用磁场类型的选择,可以提高磁粉探伤效率并避免缺陷漏检。 |

In magnetic particle flaw detection, the relationship between magnetic field vector and defect is particularly important. Starting from the magnetic field vector, this paper analyzes the types of magnetic field commonly used in magnetic particle inspection, and puts forward the concept of magnetic field latitude in magnetic particle inspection for the first time. According to the magnetic field latitude, magnetic field is divided into one-dimensional magnetic field, two-dimensional magnetic field and three-dimensional magnetic field. Combined with the formation principle of these three kinds of magnetic fields, the various forms of magnetic field in magnetic particle inspection are discussed, and their generating methods and application characteristics are introduced in detail. All kinds of magnetic field types have their own advantages. Making full use of the selection of magnetic field types can improve the efficiency of magnetic particle inspection and avoid missing defects. |
