C/C复合材料具有低密度、高比强、高比模、低膨胀系数等诸多优异的性能,是最为理想的高温结构材料,但在673K以上的高温有氧环境下会快速氧化,严重制约其应用。功能涂层技术是C/C复合材料高温防护最有效的方法。本文对陶瓷功能涂层体系最新进展进行了综述,指出了C/C复合材料陶瓷功能涂层研究中存在的问题。最后,提出了进一步开展功能涂层技术研究的建议。 |

Abstract: |
C/C composites are the most promising thermal-structural candidates due to their excellent properties such as low density, high specific strength, high specific modulus and low coefficient of thermal expansion. However,C/C composites are rapidly oxidized above 673K when exposed to oxygen-containing atmospheres, which seriously restricts their application. Functional coating technology has being one of the most effective methods to protect C/C composites from oxidation. Recent advances in functional ceramic coating system have been reviewed, associating with the problems in ceramic functional coating for C/C composites. Finally, recommendations for the further development of functional coating technology are presented. |
