针对当前商业卫星研发中存在的周期、成本和装配等几个主要问题,提出了一种电缆网三维建模方法,此方法将电缆网的研发和卫星装配有效结合起来。结果表明:此方法的应用缩短了卫星研制周期,提高了卫星线束长度精度、装配效率以及卫星电缆网的质量估算精度等。实现了商业卫星电缆网的三维快速协同设计。 |

In response to several major issues such as cycle, cost and assembly in the current commercial satellite research and development, the article proposes a 3D modeling method for cable network, which combines the development of cable network with satellite assembly. The results show that the application of this method shortens the satellite development cycle, improves the accuracy of the satellite harness length, the assembly efficiency, and the quality estimation accuracy of the satellite cable network. Realize the three-dimensional rapid collaborative design of commercial satellite cable network. |
